These roasting forks are great because they can be stowed away in a very compact bag. This is my first time using a roasting fork that is retractable. I love that it can be put away and not take up space in the corner of my garage collecting spider webs!

We enjoyed roasting both marshmallows and hot dogs and the sticks did excellent during each use. We didn't have problems with the food falling off the sticks.

I was worried about the length not being long enough for my preschooler but he did great with it. Just be sure to not have a large fire and let it burn down to coals before letting the kids use the sticks.

My kids also love that they came in fun bright colors! They were all excited to pick their favorite colors.

One thing to be cautious of is that the tips do stay hot for a period of time after roasting. If you try to switch the tips out too soon they can burn you or still be hot meanwhile the retractable part stays cool.
